Complaints procedure

If you need to make a complaint:

Complaints should be made directly via telephone (01334 477477) or in writing/email fife.f21825blackfriars@nhs.scot to the Practice Manager. Complaints are handled by the Practice Manager in the first instance. 

All complaints are regularly reviewed by the health board on a quarterly basis, to ensure that appropriate action has been taken by the Practice.

If you are a child or young person (under the age of 18) who wishes to complain then the process is slightly different.  Please contact the practice either in person or via the telephone and they will arrange for the Practice Manager to make contact with you to discuss your concerns.
